Item 88 – Polished Coconut

Some things absolutely should be polished, and some things should not. Until now, it has been pretty much universally agreed that coconuts should not be polished. But we are never bound by tradition! Go polish a coconut. Like, to the point that it doesn’t even look like a coconut any more, but now it looks like a really-really-highly-polished coconut.

Item 71 – Weird Sign Spinner

(VERTICAL, UP TO 1 MINUTE). You just got hired as one of those corner “sign spinners.” Your sign advertises the unorthodox or uplifting message you think the world needs to hear. (“Owls are terrific.” “Walk barefoot in the grass today.” “You are A Good Person.” “The clouds are watching over you.” etc.) Dance and show us your spinning routine!

Item 70 – #CarbonCrush

(SIDE-BY-SIDE) We all brag about our social media follower count, but what we should really be bragging about is our (low) carbon footprint. Let’s make a game out of it: Calculate your carbon footprint. The calculator will also provide you with the number of trees you’d need to plant per year to offset your footprint. Post your carbon footprint and the number of “offset trees” on your social media (with the link above in the post as well) tagging 3 friends and challenging them to play #GISH #CarbonCrush with you. Write a one paragraph post describing how you will decrease your carbon footprint by 15% in the next year. Then, on your honor, after the hunt, implement your plan.

Item 69 – Salt and Pepper Nemeses

(SIDE-BY-SIDE) Salt and Pepper go so well together. They’re a match made in heaven. Let’s use the magical symbiotic powers of salt and pepper to unite two feuding personalities in art. Take two legendary nemeses and unite them on a cutting board or plate with one depicted in salt and one in pepper. If they still don’t get along in the picture, that’s okay. At least you tried.
